Found this newly opened gem, Milgak, near Samseong Station! Their signature warm jokbal (braised pig's trotters) is the absolute star. Freshly cooked daily using premium meat, it's served steaming hot. The skin is glisteny, gelatinous, and melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the meat is incredibly juicy with zero gamey smell. The real game-changer is wrapping it with fresh cilantro and dipping it in their garlic-sesame oil sauce—so refreshing and packed with flavor!
The spicy cold-tossed abalone we ordered on a whim was wonderfully chewy and the perfect pairing for drinks. We wrapped up the meal with a comforting bowl of chewy, flavorful hand-cut noodles (kalgo국수). Plus, they offer a 20% discount on Saturdays and public holidays, making it an amazing value. Highly recommend!

三成站附近很惊喜的一家韩餐，本土鲜猪蹄每日现熬，软糯弹牙，半份的设置对小食量很友好。
不止猪蹄出彩，各种小食也都好吃分量很大，清爽解腻，韩牛香辣刀削面浇头实在。
离COEX不远，逛完街过来刚刚好，本地人常来的，不是游客套路的店，周六来还有折扣

我们点的大粉份。量很足。里面还有猪脚。
满满一大盘，肉切得厚实又均匀，猪皮Q弹有胶质，肥瘦比例刚刚好，吃起来完全不会腻。
最让我惊艳的是他们家的秘制酱料！
真的一定要蘸着吃！辣椒油的口味。但是又不辣。儿子也说超级好吃，光是闻味都超级香～和猪蹄搭配简直绝配，一口接一口停不下来，感觉蘸什么都好吃

猪蹄每天现煮，一上桌直接香迷糊！皮糯肉弹，完全不柴，辣椒油碟才是灵魂，又香又辣超上头，蘸鞋底都好吃😭。拌鲍鱼脆嫩，牛肚汤肉多到捞不完，汤底浓醇，份量实在。逛完COEX顺路就吃，还有半份选项超贴心！饭点全是本地上班族，这口治愈感值得为蘸料再来无数次！

带爸妈来吃，都很满意，骨汤很浓，肉量好大，点了大份猪蹄量很大，肉很香，一点腥味也没有，小菜好多，搭配吃太香了肉入口即化，爸妈一直夸好吃！
